Waste not, want not:

Bloomberg reports that governments, civil rights organisations, academics and companies are among the groups negotiating to reach an accord on tackling the 400-million tonnes of plastic produced every year, of which less than 10% is recycled, according to the UN Environment Programme. The UN expects to have a draft treaty for the next round of talks in Kenya in November.
